Since its inception in 2006, Green Park has become one of Europe’s most trusted recruitment suppliers across the private, public and third sectors for executive search and interim executive management.
We were asked to support the business in designing and developing a new website to showcase services to their existing and emerging markets whilst enhancing a highly-recognised diversity commitment and focus.
However, the digital expression of the firm’s unique insights was failing to engage core audiences.
We took time to understand and appreciate the complexities of the website, and how it needed to integrate with existing CRM platforms such as Broadbean and Bullhorn, with greater levels of reliability and usability.
Whilst our work on the site centered on developing robust functionality, it also delivered a new look and feel through refreshed design and imagery. This helped demonstrate connections with clients in a more personable way and position the firm as innovative and forward thinking. Supported by a refreshed colour palette to tie design back to the firms overall brand identity, information around services, functions and industry insights became more accessible and easier to engage with across the site.
We continue to work with Green Park on the ongoing development of the site to ensure it stays relevant to their audiences, today and in the future.
