Charles Russell Speechlys is a dynamic and client-centric law firm with great ambitions for the future. When they came to us looking for advice on how best to cover a senior position, we provided them with an appropriately innovative short-term and on-demand solution.
One of our directors stepped in as Acting Head of Marketing and Communications to manage the team, recruit new members, and develop and implement best practice strategies across internal comms, PR, events, marketing campaigns, website, digital services and social media. Working closely with the BD and marketing director, we ensured alignment and delivery of various projects, as well as a smooth transition to the new head.
With such a senior vacancy, extensive experience of managing people in large marketing, communications and BD teams in law firms proves invaluable, providing stability and continuity at a time of considerable change. Importantly, fractional support from our PR and digital teams on key projects made all the difference to project delivery, too.
