The Role
As Account Executive, you would take a key role in the development and delivery of numerous client projects, working closely with the Account Managers and Directors in the Branding and Communications team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working candidate with 8 months – 1 years experience working in a marketing, PR, digital or communications agency who is a University graduate.
Responsibilities
• Support account managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
• Manage projects from beginning to end: create a quote for the client, brief the project to a designer, ensure high quality, accurate work, with delivery on budget and on time.
• Manage supplier relationships and assist clients with ad hoc requests, such as ordering stationary and print jobs.
• Research and analysis on larger projects such as brand development and strategic communications plans.
• Assist the account team with ad hoc copywriting projects.
• Create and collate presentation materials.
• Produce social media and web analytic reports for clients.
• Support the business by answering phones, scheduling meetings, welcoming clients, etc.
• Attendance at client meetings.
