For decades, Strosberg Wingfield Sasso (SWS) has been one of Canada’s leading class action specialists and has devised and settled many of the country’s most complex class actions, resulting in the recovery of billions of dollars of damages. SWS approached us to help them navigate a rebranding exercise which also incorporated renaming their firm. We discovered that their stock-in-trade as a firm is ideas and action; not just seeing potential for claims where the law intersects with economics, markets and politics, but being able to turn these thoughts into successful class actions.
